1. Handmade Disclaimer
All our products are individually handmade, which means each piece may have slight variations in color, size, texture, or finish.
These differences are not defects — they highlight the unique and artistic nature of handcrafted work.
By purchasing from Knots N Co, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.
2. Order Policy
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Our usual processing time is 7–14 business days, unless stated otherwise for custom-made items.
For custom orders, production starts immediately after payment confirmation.
Knots N Co reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in case of payment issues or product unavailability).
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective due to our error.
Important:
Customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the parcel before and during opening for any damage claims.
Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted.
Approved replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Knots N Co is not responsible for damages occurring after delivery or due to mishandling.
4. Shipping Policy
We currently ship pan-India through reliable courier partners.
Customers receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner operations.
Knots N Co is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Record a continuous unboxing video before opening the parcel.
Send the video and photos to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
⚠️ Products damaged due to improper handling, washing, or storage after delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
6. Product Care
To ensure your crochet pieces last long and stay beautiful:
Hand wash gently with mild detergent.
Avoid wringing, machine washing, or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Store in a clean, dry place away from moisture.
Knots N Co is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or storage.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once confirmed.
Any advance paid is non-refundable.
Slight design or color variations may occur due to yarn availability or device display differences.
8. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Knots N Co reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Payments are accepted through secure online payment methods only.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, images, text, and artwork on the Knots N Co website and social platforms are the intellectual property of Knots N Co.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy.
Customer details such as name, phone number, email, and address are used solely for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
