At Knots N Co, every product is lovingly handcrafted — which means each item is one of a kind.
Because of the personalized and handmade nature of our crochet creations, our refund and return policies are designed to maintain fairness, transparency, and quality assurance for every customer.


1. No Return or Exchange Policy

All our products are handcrafted and made to order.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, except in the case of damaged or defective products received due to our error.

We encourage you to read all product details carefully and check sizes, colors, and descriptions before placing your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

To be eligible for a replacement:

  1. Record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment you receive the parcel (before opening it).

  2. Share the video and product images with us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit, as deemed appropriate.

⚠️ Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.


3. Non-Replaceable Situations

We will not accept claims under the following conditions:

  • If the product was damaged due to improper use, washing, or storage.

  • If the item has been used, altered, or mishandled after delivery.

  • Minor differences in color, size, or design — as these are natural results of handcrafted work.

  • If the claim is submitted after 24 hours of delivery.


4. Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized items are created specially for you and therefore:

  • Cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

  • Minor variations in yarn shade, pattern, or size may occur due to material availability or screen settings.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only in rare cases where:

  • The item cannot be replaced, and

  • The damage was verified to be due to our error.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and payment has been processed.

  • For custom orders, production begins immediately upon payment, making cancellation impossible.

If you wish to make a change immediately after ordering, please contact us within 1 hour — though fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.


7. Shipping Returns (if applicable)

In cases where a return shipment is approved by Knots N Co, customers must:

  • Use the original packaging or secure packaging to prevent damage.

  • Share the return shipment tracking details once dispatched.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated by our support team.
