Since our items are made to order, our shipping process ensures that every piece reaches you safely and beautifully packaged.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Because our products are handmade, we typically require 7–14 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.

  • For custom-made products, processing time may extend slightly depending on the complexity of the design.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.


2. Shipping Partners & Coverage

  • We currently ship pan-India through trusted courier services.

  • All orders are shipped with tracking details, which are shared via email or WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 3–7 working days after dispatch.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We may offer free shipping on promotional events or minimum order values (as mentioned on our website).

  • Custom or bulk orders may have separate delivery arrangements, communicated prior to order confirmation.


4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to:

  • Courier partner issues, holidays, or weather disruptions

  • Remote or restricted area delivery schedules

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Knots N Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the package is in transit.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

If you experience issues tracking your order, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, phone number, and pin code) are accurate before checkout.
Knots N Co will not be responsible for undelivered parcels or delays caused by incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping will incur an additional shipping fee.


7. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept the package from the courier, if possible.

  • If accepted, record a clear unboxing video and take photos immediately.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video and photos for assistance.

We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or store credit if applicable.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Knots N Co does not offer international shipping.
We are working on expanding our reach — stay tuned for updates on worldwide delivery options.
